I have to admit that I love celebrations, of any kind. I am the first to put up my Christmas tree and the last to take it down. We even have a silly tradition where we leave up one decoration for the whole year. It started by accident a few years ago, but has now become a annual event. This year its tinsel hanging over a picture in the lounge.
At Halloween I would happily decorate the house to the same extent as I do at Christmas and dress all of my family up as pumpkins.
At Easter I love to make an Easter tree, which is a tradition that I first came across when visiting my sister in Germany many years ago. Blowing and decorating eggs that hang on branches in your home, beautiful.
With all of this in mind, I thought I'd start this page as a means of recording and sharing my celebrations throughout the year.
